Privacy Policy — Online Ticketing

What we collect when you buy tickets

• Your name and email — to send your ticket confirmation and redemption code.
• Billing ZIP code — captured by our payment processor as part of the card payment.
• Waiver verification — if you enter a phone number, we check it against our waiver records (Smartwaiver) to confirm signed waivers for your group. We look up names and waiver status only; we don't store your phone number with your order.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Square. Your card number goes directly to Square in an encrypted form — we never see or store your card number. Square's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

How we measure the site

• Our own analytics — we record anonymous visit information (pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, what was tapped, device type, and which ad or link brought you here) to understand and improve the booking experience.
• Microsoft Clarity — we use Clarity to understand how visitors use this site, via behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays. Text you type is masked in replays, and card details are never visible to Clarity. Data is captured using first- and third-party cookies. For more, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• Advertising pixels — if you arrive from an ad, ad platforms (such as Meta, Microsoft, Nextdoor, or Reddit) may set cookies to measure that their ad led to a visit or purchase. Purchase notifications we send them include the amount and a hashed (unreadable) form of your email — never your card details.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't send marketing email from this system — only your ticket confirmation.
• We don't share your information except with the service providers above, as needed to run ticketing.

How long we keep it

Order records (name, email, tickets bought, redemption status) are kept as business/financial records. Anonymous visit analytics are kept up to about 4 months. Error logs are kept about 30 days.

Your choices (including Colorado residents)

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information tied to your order, or object to how it's used. Email tickets@bounceempire.com and we'll handle it. You can also limit cookie-based measurement with your browser's settings or its "do not track"/ad-blocking features.
