The program
Genius Family Entertainment LLC and its subsidiaries Bounce Empire and Immersive Empire send recurring automated marketing text messages — offers, event news, birthday offers and visit follow-ups — to people who opt in.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking an unchecked box on our waiver, ticket checkout, fundraiser checkout, party booking or RSVP page and giving us your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or entry. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you enter.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We send marketing texts only between 8 AM and 9 PM in your local time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message. You'll get one text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further marketing texts. You can also email tickets@bounceempire.com. Opting out of texts does not affect the ticket confirmations and reminders you asked for.

Privacy
Mobile phone numbers, text opt-in data and consent are used only for texts from the brands named when you opted in. We do not sell or share them with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
