Ticket Terms

Buy only through Bounce Empire. Tickets are sold only through Bounce Empire: this site, our front desk, and the event and fundraiser ticket sites we link to from bounceempire.com. Tickets offered anywhere else (Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Instagram, resale sites, or “a friend of a friend”) may be fake or already used, and we can’t guarantee entry or refunds for tickets bought from anyone else.

The short version

Where tickets are sold. Only on our own ticket sites (tix.bounceempire.com, and the event and fundraiser ticket sites we link from bounceempire.com, such as tickets.coloween.com and mycause.bounceempire.com) and at our front desk. We don’t sell through any other site, app or person.
Gifting is fine, resale is not. You may give tickets to friends or family in your own group. Reselling tickets is not allowed, and we can’t guarantee entry or refunds for tickets bought from anyone else.
Plans change? Contact us, or change the date of a general-admission order yourself on Find my order. Event tickets are tied to the event’s date, so call us.
One scan checks in the whole order. Your ticket code and QR work one time, and the first scan checks in everyone on the order. A copy (a screenshot, photo or forwarded email) works the same as the original, so keep it private. Once a code is scanned we can’t replace it.
Waivers and check-in. Every guest needs their own signed waiver. At check-in, staff may ask whose name the order is under, or ask for photo ID.
Age passes. 18+ and 21+ passes need a matching photo ID at the door.
Disputed or refunded payments. If a payment is disputed with the bank or refunded in full, the tickets on that order are cancelled.
